Agriculture is a rewarding yet rigorous industry to work in, requiring a positive mentality, an almost uniquely broad skill set, and carrying a lot of personal responsibility through extended seasonal working.

For example, we expect any of our workers to grab a broom and carry out the seemingly humble task of sweeping the yard, but that ensures it remains rodent-free; thus, it is as important as making a solid weld or programming and monitoring a half million-pound piece of kit.

We take an unequivocal approach to training, health and safety, and general well-being.

With our capable team, we plan meticulously year-round to maximise the return from the land whilst caring for this precious resource.

Prioritising how we protect all aspects of our working environment, respecting those we interact with operationally, and diligently using and maintaining machinery and on-farm assets, are all fundamentals of our methodology.

We are eternally grateful, particularly to many of our long-standing employees; their knowledge, work ethos, and enthusiasm has driven forward those joining us in more recent times as our operations have expanded.
