The Team

Representing our dedicated approach and 'passion for excellence', all staff members are integral to everything the company has achieved and aspires to accomplish in the future. The team has gradually expanded as we've taken on further contracts and seasonal staff assist at harvest time.

We employ the services of Neil Simmonds, a well-informed agricultural consultant who has provided us with valuable financial guidance and general farming advice for many years. Neil has ample hands-on experience, having himself managed over 3000ha.
Professional Agronomy helps guide our decision-making process; selecting crop varieties and rotations, soil management techniques, product applications etc. Calling on specialist support from various providers is critical for large scale farming operations like ours; it pools together a depth of knowledge and helps us scientifically monitor the impact of our interventions.

All administrative activities take place at our Lyndon based Estate Office. In addition to handling our accounts and clerical obligations, Justine, Carrie and Amanda also look after contract farm governance on a farm by farm basis, at any given level requested by the customer.
Utilising shared staffing expertise and resources operating market-leading software such as Gatekeeper and Landmark, allows us to manage and monitor all aspects of our operations.
